The dual density Kraton rubber mixes hard wearing rubber on areas of the grip where your fingers move a lot, whilst a softer rubber compond can be placed right under your palm and ulnar never, providing a softer contact point and reducing finger numbness on longer or harsher rides. The low-profile "spike" profile around the grip also ensures grips in all weather conditions where a smooth grip would become slippery when wet. Lastly, barends are built into the grips for a sleek look.
