These two-piece, alloy shims allow a different size handlebar to fit our Cigne, Removable Faceplate Quill, and many other 31.8mm clamp diameter stems.

These shims allow 25.4mm diameter handlebars to fit in 26.0mm stems. They are precision made from stainless steel and then bead blasted to prevent slipping.

The shims are available in two widths: the 35mm width fits most aluminum quill stems.

These non-quick release skewers require a special Allen wrench (included) to open, thus stopping most casual wheel thieves. Sold in pairs.

Due to different spacings, you may need to trim excess off the skewer.

Please note that these fit frames with 127 to 135mm rear spacing.

These are used to hold water bottle cages on bikes without braze-ons. They work best with cages that have an elongated mounting area and only on non-oversized frame tubes. They will not work on cages with short mounting tabs, like our current Velo Orange cages.

These lovely brass bells have been made in the same small factory for decades. They have an old fashioned spring striker. The mirror finish looks great and retains the superior sound and resonance of a brass bell.

Compared to our Japanese brass bells, the Temple bells are a little louder, a few mm wider, and the chrome plated handlebar clamp fits a wider range of bar sizes.

The Campeur rear rack is designed for touring. This is a heavy-duty rack with a wrap-around lower rail. The lower rail keeps weight low and allow easy pannier removal even with the top platform loaded.

It is designed to be mounted to canti-brake studs or rack bosses on the seat stay. The hardware is included. It fits most bikes with 26", 650b, 700c, and 27" wheels.

Construction is all stainless steel tubing with a lovely polished finish. It won't rust like painted steel racks or fatigue and crack like some aluminum racks.

Many people have asked us where they can get old-fashioned city bike levers, the type that CLB and Mafac and a dozen other companies used to make. They particularly wanted them in a size that would fit bars made from road bar tubing, 23.8mm. Our super popular Montmarte and Left Bank bars, for example, are made with 23.8mm tubing,so they can fit bar end shifters.

This type of lever is still made, but mostly in low-quality models for kids' bikes and developing markets. Most are heavy steel and have rust-prone zinc-plated mounting bands. Many are also too small for big western hands.

We found what's probably the best model still made. They actually come from Taiwan, not China. They are all alloy with good quality castings with a nice shiny finish. The manufacturer made them for us with a stainless steel clamp, which we think is a big improvement. These levers work with caliper or cantilever brakes, but not V-brakes.

Best of all, they are available in both MTB (22.2mm) and road bar (23.8mm) sizes. So you won't have to scour E-bay or the back rooms of old bike shops looking for vintage levers. And these levers now include button-type cable housing ends.
